2. Frozen & Perishable Items / 冷冻与易腐食品
Due to the nature of frozen goods, please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. 由于冷冻商品的特殊性质,请在收货时立即检查。
Reporting Issues / 报告问题: If an item is damaged or incorrect, please inform our delivery team or message us via WhatsApp within 2 hours of receipt with a photo of the product. 如果商品有损或错误,请在收货后 2小时内 拍照并通过 WhatsApp 联系我们或直接告知送货司机。
Storage / 储存: We cannot be held responsible for products that spoil due to improper storage after delivery. 对于送达后因储存不当而导致的商品变质,我们恕不负责。
3. Dry Goods & Order Errors / 干货与订单错误
For non-perishable items, we will facilitate an exchange or refund only in the following cases / 对于非变质类商品,我们仅在以下情况提供更换或退款 :
The wrong product was delivered. 送达的商品与订单不符。
The product packaging was significantly damaged during transit. 商品包装在运输过程中严重受损。
The product has passed its “Best Before” date at the time of delivery. 送达时商品已超过“保质期”。
